This morning Oil barrel price exceeds $100, due to the Russian-Ukrainian war

Today 24 Feb 2022, the price of a barrel of oil exceeded $100, due to the Russian “military operation” in Ukraine.
This is the first time in more than seven years that the price of a barrel of oil has crossed the $100 threshold. This came after Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the launch of a “military operation” in Ukraine.

According to the “Agence France Presse”, AFP, the price of a barrel of Brent reached $100.04, with growing concerns about a large-scale war in Eastern Europe.
