The American billionaire, founder of SpaceX, Elon Musk, announced the launch of the “Starlink” service for satellite communications in Ukraine.
And the Minister of Informatics of Ukraine, Mikhail Fyodorov, earlier appealed to the American billionaire to provide Ukraine with “Starlink” stations, and provide a lunar connection service for the Internet.
Fyodorov said on Facebook that he had sent a request via Twitter to Musk to provide Ukraine with the elements of this system “as soon as possible.”

Ukraine needs just one Starlink source to relay the internet to all their communications systems then they can decide to share their Starlink internet to the rest of the citizens for communication, through Telco’s and Wide Area Networks towers.
